We offer FREE DELIVERY to UK and IRELAND on ALL ORDERS over £100.00 (inc VAT).

For orders upto £50.00 including VAT we charge £15.00 + VAT where £5.00 is the delivery charge and £10.00 is the small order handling charge.

For orders over £50.00 but less than £100.00 including VAT we charge £5.00 + VAT for delivery.

Usual delivery time is 4 to 5 working days, this is because all orders are shipped directly from the Facom and Britool Expert warehouse in France. Please note that more remote areas may take slightly longer.

If your order is approved before 3.00pm then it will be sent for processing that day. If your order is approved after 3.00pm then it will be sent for processing the next working day.

For example if your order is approved before 3.00pm on Monday (day 0) then you should receive your order on Friday (day 4).

We will email you at each stage to keep you informed of the progress of your order. When we ship your order we will also send you an email with tracking details so you know when to expect delivery.
