Q. How much do I need to spend for free delivery?

We offer FREE DELIVERY to UK and Ireland on ALL ORDERS over £100.00 including VAT otherwise we need to charge a minimal fee to cover shipping. You can find out more about our delivery & returns here.

Q. How long does it take for delivery?

A. Typical delivery is 4 to 5 working days. All orders are shipped directly from the Facom and Britool Expert warehouse in France. For example if your order is approved before 3pm on Monday then you should receive your order on Friday. Please note that more remote areas may take an extra day. Q. Is the website secure?

A. YES, we use an SSL certificated encryption for all of your personal details and card details.

Q. Are my personal details safe?

A. Your personal details are kept in the secure section of our website and your card details are handled and protected by SagePay (a large UK payment gateway provider) which means that we do not handle your card details or store them. We do not sell, rent or exchange your personal information with any third party for commercial reasons, beyond the essential requirement for credit/debit card validation during purchase. Q. Are the prices inclusive or excluding VAT?

After customer feedback we have adapted our website to enable you to choose how you view prices. As a default setting all prices shown include VAT, however should you wish to view prices excluding VAT then you simply need to change the VAT setting using the buttons situated at the top of each page. If you choose to shop with prices showing as excluding VAT, VAT is added to the total price at Checkout and is displayed in an easy to see breakdown format.

Q. How can I Pay

We accept payment by Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro & PayPal. When paying through PayPal please ensure any address you are using is confirmed within PayPal

Q. When I place an order what happens next?

A. You will receive a several emails updating you upon the status and progress of you order. This is the typical sequence...

  • 1, You will receive an email 'Welcome' confirming your account details,

  • 2, You will receive an email 'Order Confirmation' confirming your order,

  • 3, You will receive an email 'Order Placed - Payment Sent' which confirms that your payment has been made and sent to us to be approved,

  • 4, If approved, you will receive an email 'Payment Approved - Processing Order' which means that we have sent your order for processing, 

  • 5, You will receive an email 'New Message Regarding Your Order' which will confirm the stock status of your order,

  • 6, You will receive an email 'New Message Regarding Your Order' informing you that your order has shipped and is on its way to you, this will include Tracking details so you can track the progress of your delivery,

  • 7, You receive your order after 4 to 5 working days from your order date,

  • 8, You will receive an email 'All Items Delivered - Order Complete - Send Us a Review'' confirming that your order should have been delivered and inviting you to leave a review about your products and about how we did in dealing with you and your order.
